What is a security number and how does it work?

Your security number is the four-digit number you chose when registering for the online bank. It can be used to confirm transactions in the online bank and app - e.g. transfers, payment of bills, etc.

How do you get a new number?

• Have you forgotten your security number? You can request a new one by contacting us through our website, online chat, or by phone if you can verify your identity electronically.

How do you change a number?

If you remember your old security number, you can change it through the online bank:

• Select Gear and then Other settings.
• Find the security number and select More.
• Enter your current security number once and the new security number twice.
• Select Save changes.
