How do I find the PIN on my card?

PINs for cards are accessible in the online bank and app.

Click Overview in the online bank and select which debit account or credit card you need. You can then retrieve your PIN. The Retrieve PIN option will appear on the top right. An authentication request for electronic ID will be sent to your phone when you select this option. The Pin will now appear in the online bank.

If using the app, you can select the card, and the option PIN will appear at the bottom of the screen. Select PIN, and the number will appear.
