Get your pin

Anyone can forget their pin number, but fortunately it can be easily accessed in the app or the online bank.

Pin in the app

If you do not remember your pin number, you can find it in the app

1. Click on „Statements“

2. Choose the card for the pin number

3. Click on „retrieve PIN number“ button

4. Click again on „retrieve PIN“ and an authentication request will be sent to your phone

5. Identify you with an electronic ID

6. The pin is now available
